Error message - Sharepoint List

Hello, when trying to open a SharePoint list, I receive this error:

Something went wrong. Please try again or refresh the page. -2147024860, Microsoft.SharePoint.SPQueryThrottledException Correlation ID: 87dd33a1-001f-5000-e806-381b5838ead7

It only happens on my computer; others can access the list from their computer.

I've cleared my cookies and data, and the list still won't open.

I'm on Windows and have tried using Microsoft Edge and Chrome.

    I'm guessing it might be related to the on-premises environment, and since you've confirmed that other devices can access the SharePoint list normally, I'd like to ask you to try creating a new on-premises environment to see if that helps: Manage user accounts in Windows - Microsoft Support
