When signing into my personal OneDrive I am receiving the error 0x80048504. My work OneDrive connects without issue, but I cannot connect to the home OneDrive. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Office and OneDrive and still get the same error.

    Hello,Calihorn

    Welcome to the Microsoft community!

I have realized that you are unable to sign in OneDrive for personal.

According to your error code, this issue maybe related to Internet environment and System. This error means that there is a problem with the connection between your device and the OneDrive server

Meanwhile I see that you have normal access when connecting to your work account.

I'd like to confirm that whether your network is connected to a corporate domain? Or is your system an Enterprise Edition system? And do you have the company's encryption software turned on?

If this is a personal computer, you can try the following steps:

1.You can visit OneDrive.com(onedrive.live.com) to check if OneDrive on the web side is having the same problem.

    2.Check the net work

Control Panel Network and Internet Network and Sharing Center - Change adapter settings, right-click the name of the network you are currently connected to, click Properties, click Internet Protocol Version 4, click Internet Protocol Version 4, then click Properties, and in the pop-up dialog box, click "Use the following DNS server address" and type "4.2.2.1" and "4.2.2.2" respectively. Click OK.

Open: Control Panel-Network and Internet Internet Options-Advanced-Restore Advanced Settings-Apply-OK, Connections-LAN Settings, make sure Autodiscover and the proxy server is not selected, and then click OK.

Search: C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc to find the host file to cut out on the desktop(i.e. delete host activity).

In the taskbar search box, type "cmd", right-click Command Prompt, select Run as administrator, Command Prompt window to run the following command: netsh winsock reset Enter, and then restart your computer.
