Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Dear SQ.123Cordery
Welcome to the Microsoft Community! Glad to be of assistance to you.
I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems with Office and can't find a license. I wanted to check some questions with you in order to better help you:
- What version of Office do you have? Office Home and Student licenses do not include Outlook. If using a Microsoft 365 work or school account, your system administrator may not have set up your license yet. Contact your organization's technical support staff for more assistance.
- Did you do any updates or reinstalls on your computer before this issue occurred?
You can start by going to the Services and Subscriptions page of the Microsoft Account website to see if your account is logged in and if your subscription is current.
If your subscription is working, you can try to uninstall your current Office and go back to the Services & Subscriptions page to find your subscription and download the Office installer.
If your subscription still does not display correctly after reinstallation, you can share with us a screenshot of the page where the error occurs and the version of Office you have, so that we can further help you analyze the cause of the error.
Thank you for your understanding and patience. If you have any other updates, please feel free to let me know, thank you. Jennie | Microsoft Community Support Specialist
