Excel stopped deleting rows

Excel stopped letting me delete rows. Sometimes it freezes some of the info other times when I delete it clears the info but leaves blank rows that will still not delete.

1. You can try to create a new file in Excel, select the content in the problematic file in full, copy and paste it into the new file, save the new file. Try to see if you can delete the rows in the new file.
2. You are a one-time selection of many lines to delete or only one line? If you have selected many rows at one time to delete, you can try to select a small number of rows to see if they can be deleted, a small number of times.
3. You can also upload the problematic file to OneDrive or SharePoint, and open the file in Excel web version to see if the rows can be deleted. Then download the processed file locally.
