    Hi,
Where did you find these errors? please pass more details.
As it shows some MAPI related issues, please check if MAPI is enabled for these users in EAC->Open mailbox properties->Mailbox Features->MAPI enabled. Try to reenable the feature, if it found as enabled already

Please mark as "Accept the answer" if the answer helps you. Your suggestion will help others also !

    Regards,
    Manu

It's great that your issue is solved, here are more suggestions for you.

Do you have any modification in your organization before this issue?
How many CAS servers in your organization?

Please also pay attention to the disk space, CPU and memory usage, check if this mailbox connection issue can be caused by the server performance.
Since "HttpProxy" is mentioned in the error information, if the issues occur again, you can check the latest HttpProxy logs for more clues. The default location is "C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V15\Logging\HttpProxy\Mapi".
