365 billing problems

I bought office 365 and paid with my credit card yesterday. It showed up on my credit card. The next day I get an email wanting me to renew my subscription and it’s only a day old. Can’t get a hold of anybody.

Check your order history below to see if your purchase was successful https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

Also, go to https://account.microsoft.com/services/ and see your subscription expiration date.

You have to speak to the Microsoft Billing team who can access your account and personal details to check and resolve the issue.

Please go to this link: http://support.office.com/home/chat

Input the Issue description> Select Contact support > Microsoft 365 and Office > Billing and payment update.

    It shows expiration date as 2025 so I don’t understand why they won’t be to pay for it again
