    Hello,

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community.

It seems you have experienced some issues with your payments. I fully understand your feelings now. Don't worry, your issue can be correctly dealt with by following the steps below. Generally, this kind of issue will need to verify your personally identifiable information (PII) to check your account and subscription. These personal data should not be posted on this open public forum for your own privacy issues. You should also beware of the potential scammers who claims to help and asks for your private information such as bank accounts. Therefore, I recommend reaching out to Microsoft Chat Service for further assistance. You can chat with an online agent from Microsoft, and the whole process will be secure and safe. Here's how to contact Microsoft:

    1. Visit this site: Contact - Microsoft Support
    2. Type "contact" and click Get Help.
    3. Click contact support at the bottom of the page.
    4. Sign in with your Microsoft account.
    5. Under Products and Services, select Microsoft 365 and Office.
    6. In the category, select Billing and Account Profile questions.
    7. Click "Chat with a support agent".

Please Note: The Chat support team only works at certain times, so if the last window says the service is not available, try to come back later. If you prefer phone support, you can leave a phone number. That way, they can call you and help you.

Sincerely hope your issue can be resolved after contacting the correct department.

    Regards,

William.Y | Microsoft Community Support Specialist
