Cannot enter data on onedive spreadsheet

Question

9 months I set up a one drive spreadsheet so people could enter their availability dates. This worked fine until recently people using Android phones have been able to open the spreadsheet but cannot enter informatio. They are being told to download the excel app. How can I get over this

• In what way did you share the files? After our test, when we share it as a link to others, the  others can edit the file. Did you share it via a link?
• Does the problem you mentioned happen with a specific issue or does it happen with most files? You can create a new file to test it.
• Do you have some permissions set when you share the file?
