Since the problem is focused on the Arabic panel, if it suits you, you can try to repeat your actions after changing the Windows system language and the Office system language to see if the problem occurs.
Individual users have reported that downgrading to an older version was effective in resolving the issue, so while waiting for the issue to be fixed, you may also want to try this method to see if it is effective in resolving your current issue. You can refer to the version in the example below.
Type "CMD" in the search box at the bottom left corner and run the command prompt as administrator.
