Co Authoring Encrypted Files

Hello,

I have followed the steps to enable co-authored encrypted excel files and it is still not working. There is a note to wait 24 hours. Does this apply? It's a rather urgent matter that we are trying to get settled and I'd prefer to not have to wait 24 hours for people in our business to be able to do this.
