    Hello, Simomed1719

Thanks for your clarification in this regard, we fully understand the inconvenience.

Based on the screenshot you’ve provided, it seems that your Microsoft 365 Personal subscription is active, but you need to confirm your plan in the app before June 3, 2024. Here’s what you can do next:

    • Try to check your current association on the account homepage to see if the current Microsoft 365 subscription (Free) is correctly associated. Click this URL in your browser account.microsoft.com - check Services & Subscription on the left - the right should show whether your license association is valid.
    • In addition, please try to log out of the current account and then clean up the login credentials for the current Microsoft account in your device. Different Android brands may store credentials in different locations, so please check the settings in your phone carefully, where there will be a place to store login credentials.

Then log in again to see if you can refresh your account login credentials, which will help the app correctly identify your license.

Kindly share with us if any updates, we're here to help!

Hi, thank you for your feedback,

I have a Personal subscription for Microsoft 365 with 30 days free.

When I check my play store app / payment and subscription/ Subscription. It's active, with this message "Open this App to confirm your plan beforeJun3, 2024"

I open the app and try to edit a blank document but in vain 😓😓

    Hello,Simomed1719

    Welcome to the Microsoft community!

I have realized that your issue about Microsoft 365 subscription license issue.

Before that, I would like to ask you for some information to better address your question.

I would like to confirm whether your current Microsoft 365 subscription is a Basic subscription or a Personal or Home subscription?

Regarding the APP situation, there are separate components for Microsoft 365 (Office) and Word, Excel, etc. that can be downloaded inside the Android system. Are you using the former?

I would suggest that you try to check if your phone's system time is synchronized, as well as you can try to reset or reinstall the Microsoft 365 software. Then try again to see if your license is recognized.

Finally, I would like to remind you that with a Microsoft 365 Basic subscription, Office components are only available on the web and not on other devices!

Please understand that our initial response may not always resolve the issue immediately. However, with your help and more detailed information, we can work together to find a solution.

Feel free to post back if you need further assistance.

Thank you for your understanding and patience and I look forward to hearing from you.
