I have a new Lenovo laptop with Windows 11. I had an old Microsoft Office Professional 2016 account on my old laptop and used that login on new computer, then subscribed to OneDrive basic plan. That account also seems to be tied to my second email address, which is confusing. I was not able to transfer my old Office to the new laptop but was get some of the free trial features. Then I decided to buy Microsoft Office 365 but purchased through my wife's employee discount which meant using her login. The OneDrive account I subscribed to already exceed its storage and I am getting error messages and things that won't save or upload. But, the 365 account I subscribed to with 1TB storage is nearly empty. I cancelled the OneDrive account under my email address so it won't renew. But I can't figure out how to get rid of it so I can just use 365 with my wife's login and get rid of the conflict. Hope you can help
