How to download MS SQL without encountering errors due to missing file address

I've tried downloading the MS SQL application on my laptop. but due to some errors for the 1st try, I tried deleting the files of it and tried re-downloading it. But it encountered errors that won't read the application for it to finish installing. I need help to further clean my laptop with the files of it and download it that would work.

    I wish I could handle your problem, however, the issues on Microsoft SQL Server is out of reach of the response support community. It is more suitable for publishing on Microsoft Learn , you can click on "Ask a question", there are experts who can provide more professional solutions in that place.
