Can't access Sway

I I can access Sway on my personal account. My school account seems fine I have a very important prestation I need to access on sway but I can't access anything and I only get a popup that says

"Uh oh... Looks like something went wrong. Don't worry, though; we made note of the error and will investigate it. Please refresh the page to continue using Sway."

But refreshing just takes me to a page that says page can't load, I can see that my presentation is there and I can see the first page of my data but I can't accesses it. This is awful If I can just get my info from sway I could transfer it to an offline program. Either way this is not good, whether I get my data or not I'm never using Sway again. I just need to know if there is a solution here. I have tied Chrome based and other browsers with no luck

    Hi mrnighttime,

Thank you for raising your concerns in the Microsoft Community.

The Microsoft Sway service recently has a known issue that caused some users' Sway presentation documents to be lost or inaccessible. We are actively looking for solutions and recovering affected documents. At present, we have restored some data from the backup system and strengthened the monitoring and stability of the service.

You are not alone in this matter, please see the thread of the same issue from :

Since recently, SWAY links are not working. Is there a problem going on? Is it down? - Microsoft Community

The issue you're encountering is an ongoing service incident. This issue was submitted to the Service Health Dashboard (SHD) as incident SW806219 starting at 2024-06-28 19:53:08. The user experience of this event is that users may experience slowness and intermittent issues when loading the Sway service.

We apologize for the inconvenience and our team is working to resolve the issue. And we'll write back here if any fix news, thanks!

    Best Regards,

Jonathan Z - MSFT | Microsoft Community Support Specialist
