No, it is not.

Well, the functionality is available in the PQ editor, but there isn't a UI option for it. You have to create a new blank query then use the Excel.CurrentWorkbook() function to list the tables and go from there.

    In the recent versions, yes, there are a few options to get Power Query to work. Not the full functionality, but better then nothing. See
