Visio Professional 2019 installation Error Code: TokenStateScrapped

After entering the product key for Visio 2019 on my laptop with WIndows 10, I received following error message after entering the product key at office.com/setup..

Please come back later to redeem your product key. Error Code: TokenStateScrappedCorrelation Id: 87090548-7373-46fa-8a05-14309dcaf26d

Can you please help ?

    2. Click Login and Contact Support at the bottom of the page.
    3. Log in with your Microsoft account.
    4. Under products and Services, select Microsoft 365 and Office Option.
    5. Under category, select Activate my product.
    6. Click "Chat with a support agent".
