microsoft whiteboard problems

Hi,
I was using microsoft whiteboard, but it's been 3days that now i can't paste screenshot on the whiteboard,
the more filled the whiteboard is, the more laggy it is. And when i say laggy, it's that there is more than 10s between my action and the reaction of the board. Even if there is only one pdf on this.

Also i tried on the microsoft account of the school, and it's works "normaly" until i put a pdf and after putting a pdf, when i tried to draw with the pen, i see the line and when i take off my pen the line disappears...

I don't think my internet is the problem, and I'm on a rtx 4060, 16gb ram, i5 12500h so I don't think my pc is the problem with the lags(it lags on 2 of my computers).

Based on the Microsoft whiteboard issue that currently cannot copy through the shortcut key Ctrl+C and paste images through the shortcut key Ctrl+V, it has been fixed in version 53.21110.548.0.

Instructions:

• Open the Microsoft Store app on your device.
• Search for Microsoft Whiteboard in the search box.
• Select the app from the search results and click on the Update button if it is available.
• Wait for the update to finish and then launch the app.
• Try copying and pasting images using the shortcut keys Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V and see if the issue is resolved.

• Cliquez sur les trois points en bas, puis sélectionnez « Insérer une image » pour importer manuellement une image.
• Faites glisser et déposez une image locale directement dans Microsoft Whiteboard.
