Problem with Microsoft support team response

Hi
I have bought subscription for Ms Project but It doesn't work. So I contacted support and first team - no response for 10 days. Second team promised to do something but after first try to solve my problem they stopped contacting me.... So my question is if there is any e-mail, phone at Microsoft when I can escalate ? This is ridiculous - it looks like they are not interested in helping or whatsoever. I have no idea how can I got help from Microsoft.....

    Good day! I hope you are doing well.

    Unfortunately, my team and I are unable to assist much with this type of error as it might require running some backend diagnostics. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

    I recommend you try to contact Microsoft directly by any of the methods provided in the following link:  Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn. They should be able to offer the specialized support needed for this issue. This is a long shot; however, in the meantime, you could try to unassign and reassign your project license.

    I really wish I could be of more help. Please let me know if there is anything else I can assist you with.

    Thanks for information.
    Regarding planner problem:

    1. From teams I try to start new project premium.
    2. System tells me that this is first project so in order to set thing up I need to go to on line environment of /ms project and start a new plan.
    3. When I do so the below shown image shows and nothing further happens. ( I did all the cache cleaning, new browsers, checked on different accounts etc)

    • What do you mean by “it doesn’t work”? Are you getting an error?
    • How did you purchase the subscription?
