Microsoft Stream: Cannot Insert Interactivity Elements (Menu Won't Load)

Greetings,

I tried inserting a Microsoft Form in a video uploaded to Microsoft Stream; however, after clicking the Interactivity icon the required options are never displayed (it freezes as if it were still loading). Any help with this would be appreciated.

    Same in the Tenant of our organization. Not sure if it´s general Microsoft Problem related to new Updates like Interactivity Analytics. Any concrete news would be much appreciated

    I've tried on at least 10 + stream videos in the library and if the interactivity toggle is on all i get is this. Never loads past this screen. Assume there must be a fault for us all to be having the same issue.

    I'm now having a further issue. I thought if I turned interactivity off and on it might help. However, now I can't turn interactivity on at all and get an error message, "We’re sorry, we were unable to save your changes. Please try again."

    Hi,

    I am also having this bug. It's been like this since Friday. It's on all my videos, have cleared cache, tried different browsers.

    I can't seem to upload a pic but it looks exactly the same as OP's pic.

    Is there any update?

    Good day! Thank you for posting your query in our community.

    Based on your description, when you click the Interactivity option in the Stream, it keeps loading. I tested it on my side with different accounts, the result was the same as yours.

    Since we can reproduce the same situation as yours, and we haven't received any report about it so far, the best way to troubleshoot the issue is to report the issue to the related Team. So we suggest you contact the administrators in your organizations and open a support ticket in the Office 365 admin center via the steps in the article for further help. The engineers in related team have higher permission and more resource than us to help check it from background and collect the log remotely.
