Schedule Trigger is in STARTED state and it was triggering every day from many months. Suddenly it went to "Stopped" state without any notice, there is no deployment happened in environment.
I would like to know two things here:
1) How does the trigger change from STARTED state to STOPPED state? may be deployment or manual change and publish at data factory level.
a) deployment has not been done
b) may be manual update and publish would have done from some body.
2) where we can find the log information about the publish done at data factory level?

You can check at the ActivityLog level of ADF v2.
And you can check the Event Initiated by section to check who did it

We have a integration where the trigger was stopped and wanted to configure an alert if the trigger is in stopped state. To over an outage in production. I have explored multiple option but could not find an option to configure alert for a stopped trigger.
