Microsoft Forms - not receiving notifications when my colleague completed

Hi.

I created a form to complete in Forms for my 2 colleagues to use in our Sales Process.

They do a Demo with a customer and try to sell a product, once they have made a sales I have to create a contract, so i created a document to capture all the details I require to create the contract.

So when they complete them I am missing them as I am not getting a notification to say they have done one I have gone in to settings and selected the notifications option to receive an email. I did get the at first but not anymore, do you only get them if you send the link to invite them to complete?

I have shared the template with my colleagues, is there a way of me getting a notification when they have completed a form?

Thanks

    Dear

    Good day!

Based on our investigation we find tow method to achieve your requirement

Forms comes with notification settings, so you can check them first

    • go to MS forms portal.office.com
    • Click on 3 dots >> settings>>Get email notification of each response.

If you've checked your settings and still can't get the reminder email, you can also use PowerAutomate to meet your needs:
