    Hi Kimmy

What way are the videos store? Are you using PowerPoint on line or desktop? What steps are you taking?

    Dear Kimmy Basra,

    Good day!!

Apologies for the inconvenience caused and please don’t worry, let’s work together on your concern and move towards a resolution path.

I understand your concern and I would like to let you know that I have tested the behavior at my end in the latest version of PowerPoint app on the Mac, where I am able to upload the video to the presentation without any issue.

In this situation, I would like to confirm whether you are using the latest version of the PowerPoint app version i.e., 16.85 (24051214)) on the Mac:

Open the PowerPoint app> Click on Help in the Menu bar> Check for the updates.

If your PowerPoint app is up to date, please ty to clear the PowerPoint app cache and check the outcome:

Quit the PowerPoint app> Open the Finder> Click Command + Shift + G> Enter ~/Library/Containers > Scroll down to Microsoft PowerPoint folder and move it to Desktop location> Restart your Mac> Open the PowerPoint app and check the outcome.

If the same problem happens, I would like to request you share the following information which will help us to better understand and guide you further:

    1. Does the problem happen when you upload specific video file or any video file?
    2. Does the problem happen with specific presentation or any presentation including the new one?
    3. Do other users in your organization has reported the same issue?
    4. Does the problem started to happen after recent Office apps update?

Our sincere apologies for not resolving the problem in your first reply but the answers to the above queries will help us to better understand and move further.

Appreciate your patience and understanding. Have a great day!!

    Best Regards,

    Sophia
