error message indicating 12 "issues" that cannot be synced from my PC to One Drive.

The 12 issues are associated with "programs/apps" and are not specifically data files. They have an extension of ".Ink". I have tried to exclude them as part of the advanced option in the settings. I have attached a screenshot of most of the items in questionl How do I remove this error message?

    Hello Sandra,

Welcome to the Microsoft Community, thank you for supporting Microsoft products.

I understand that you are experiencing a OneDrive sync error with the message “12 ‘issues’ that cannot be synced from PC to One Drive”.

There are some restrictions on sending images in this community, new users may not be able to send images until they have been on board for more than 24 hours, so I'm sorry that your screenshot didn't show up successfully.

As you said, OneDrive may have mistakenly enabled synchronization of some program files or accidentally uploaded them to the cloud.

In this regard, please refer to the following methods, which I hope will be useful to you:

    1. Unsynchronize.

If similar program-related files still exist in the synchronization list, please cancel the synchronization manually.

    2. After manual synchronization, please check if there are any program/app files in OneDrive that have been synchronized, and delete them manually.

    3. Reset the synchronization type

Please refer to the following website to reset the file types to be synchronized to ensure that only the correct files or folders are synchronized.

Back up your folders with OneDrive - Microsoft Support

Please try the above options first, your response will determine our next steps and I look forward to any updates you may have regarding the issue.

    Best wishes
