Thank you for posting back and sharing with me the detailed information.

I understand this error only happens with the particular folder and all users have this issue.

To do further troubleshooting, you may try copying this folder to a different library in the same SharePoint site, or to a library in a different SharePoint site, then check if you can open the copy.

This way helps you determine if the folder itself has problem or the original SharePoint site has problem.

Thank you for your reply.

We have tried clearing browser cache and cookies and we are using the latest browser.

We tried with browser's InPrivate window as well and the issue is still happening with all users using this folder.

We are SharePoint admin and have enough access to open the folder .

 While loading we can see the folders inside folder ,once it loaded completely we are getting an error message.

May I know the details of the error?

Currently, there is a SharePoint Service Incident SP831683 which user impact is Users are unable to access the SharePoint Online service. Users may see a 503 service unavailable error when attempting access.

If you see a different error, could you please provide a screenshot of it?

And may I know if the error appears when you access SharePoint site by using a different browser such as Edge or Chrome?
