Account password reset code not sending

Recently I’ve been locked out from my account. This is not my current account that I’m having problems with. I am trying to reset my passcode because I lost it and I can’t sign in. I’ve tried to reset it but I try to send a code to my gmail and it never delivers. Other emails deliver to my gmail. I’ve checked spam folder. I’ve tried the account recovery at the website https://account.live.com/acsr. It never worked. I have bought something from the Microsoft store and I clicked that I did. It asked my for the card I used for a purchase. I recently got a new card and do not have the number. Help Please.

    This didn’t work. I tried to send a password reset code and it just never sends. Is there another way to recover my account

    There might be some other account that is added, and the Email might be sent there. Cam you confirm the same?
