Cant access shared folder

Client has shared a folder through one drive and I do not see the invitation or email invitation to access folder.

    I have realized that you Can't access shared folder.

    According to your description,whether this client shared folder is operated by you?

     If you don't see the folder, the permissions on the shared folder don't write you in.

    I have not been able to determine the cause of the problem due to the information you have currently provided, if it is convenient you can provide more precise information so that I can confirm your problem.
