Hi Lee,
Thanks for posting in the community. We are happy to help you.
According to the screenshot, this means that you have not been successfully added as a guest user of their tenant. The issue can be caused by two possibilities, your organization's outbound settings or their organization's inbound settings.
In the case, as an end user, you can report the problem to your tenant admin or IT team and their organization's admin or their IT team.
- For your tenant admin or IT team, have them check the organization's outbound settings and B2B collaboration settings.
Limit organizations where users can have guest accounts
- For their organization's admin, have them check if they see your account in the Microsoft Entra admin center (Users). Make sure the Account status of your account is "Enable". If they don't see your account, have them check the organization's inbound settings and inbound B2B collaboration settings.
We look forward to your response. Thanks for your cooperation.
Sincerely,
George | Microsoft Community Moderator
