I tried deleted all the files in C:\Program Files\Common Files\microsoft shared\ClickToRun but no uses.

Also i tired completely remove office and reinstall and the installer also crashes with the same error code

I did sfc /scannow and it says no error found.

I found some installer logs but not sure it would be useful link: https://fars.ee/mvQy

Thank you so much! It really helped me. Who would even have thought that the issue was Sandboxie-Plus!

I spent several days on it.

    1. I remembered I encountered this problem when opening Excel/Word before, so I tried to completely uninstall Office and reinstall it, and it didn't work.
    2. Microsoft 365
    3. I get installer from https://portal.office.com/account/#installs
