uh i fixed it by upgrade Sandboxie-Plus. this is the problem with its driver.

I tried deleted all the files in C:\Program Files\Common Files\microsoft shared\ClickToRun but no uses.
Also i tired completely remove office and reinstall and the installer also crashes with the same error code
I did sfc /scannow and it says no error found.
