Deleted Microsoft 365 Developer Subscription - Cannot create a new one

Hi,

I had unfortunately allowed my subscription to lapse and it was deleted. I am trying to use the same email address as before but the dashboard only shows me the old one and wont let me create a new one. I tried deleting the profile and waiting several months but still stuck. Is there something that can be cleared out so I can request a new one?

Brian
