Hi.

I have an issue with MS ACCESS applications in 64 bits which works well in 32 bits.

Error message appears randomly in execution of Date format function to translate this date in week number.

This error appears like that

=> "Nom de l’application défaillante MSACCESS.exe, version : 16.0.4266.1001, horodatage : 0x55ba1c24 Nom du module défaillant : OLEAUT32.dll, version : 10.0.20348.1850, horodatage : 0xef5c4f05 Code d’exception : 0xc0000005 Décalage d’erreur : 0x0000000000018025 ID du processus défaillant : 0x3080 Heure de début de l’application défaillante : 0x01da87cd1ebff5ed Chemin d’accès de l’application défaillante : C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office16\MSACCESS.exe Chemin d’accès du module défaillant: C:\Windows\System32\OLEAUT32.dll ID de rapport : 642a424d-f0cd-42b3-a51f-f28ebd61adbd Nom complet du package défaillant : ID de l’application relative au package défaillant : ".

Could you help us ?

Thanks in advance.

Rgds.

    The most common reasons for errors in 64 bit Access are use of ActiveX controls which are 32 bit specific, and the use of APIs, which must be updated to work correctly in both 32 bit and 64 bit Access.

    There are many good resources for converting accdbs to run in both versions. Here's an example. It's a video on YouTube. You'll find many others if you search.

    And this one in much more detail.
