My laptop did a Microsoft backup and now I can't access my bigpond email in Outlook. I have three files that haven't synced. How do I fix this??

It is saying the files won't sync as they are in use but I have completely shut everything down, literally left my laptop on all night with no programs open and it still wont sync.

Thank you. The backup initiated when I opened my laptop and it looks like it backed up Outlook files to OneDrive. When I opened outlook it ask me to open a file which was my work email file and that one has been working fine. Some of the Outlook files are yet to sync but won't sync as it is saying the file is in use? I have tried deleting the account and re-adding it. I have just found the new outlook and opened my email in that file but have lost all my folders for that one account :(.

There is no Microsoft backup, there is a win backup, and that has to be Started/actioned by the Win user

You cannot backup email data files

Or do you mean O/365 has just been installed/activated and all data has been uploaded to OneDrive?
