To have further trouble shooting, Can you please provide the following information?
1, Please share a picture of the missing column details from the list settings >> click inside the column to see the details settings.
2, May I know if you used the "export to Excel" function or "export to CSV" function? Can you please try the other option as well?
3, By searching online, we found that a similar issue was resolved with the steps below. Could you also try it?

Dear Rain_1030
Sorry for the late reply. Based on your picture, it seems the column settings doesn't contain anythiing special.
And we did test on our end, number columns are exported as expected.
As next plan, could you please share below information with us?
1) Does the issue happen to specific number column? Is there any other number columns on the list and can they be exported?2) What is the column name? Does it contain any synbols which might not be supported?3) Could you please try "export to csv" function? Please check if the column could be exported in this way?
Appreciate your patience and understanding. Have a great day!
Yours sincerely,
Sophia
If is worth anything, I had the exact same problem, and after checking, the name of both of my missing columns started with "No." then something else, and after changing this name, both columns showed in the Excel Export. So is probably worth giving it to a name change as it might also work on your case.
Cheers.
We've had the same problem: the same error appeared when opening the query file in Excel, but after clicking "OK" on the error message, the exported data was opened in Excel - missing one specific column.
When hiding the column from the SharePoint list view and exporting again, there was no error message.
We found that changing the column to optional and back again to mandatory fixed the bug. After this change on the column, the error message in Excel did not appear and also the column was correctly included in the export.
