Hello

please I would like to upgrade 1 license from M365 Business Basic to M365 Business Standard.

If not then can I add the Business Standard license and then remove the Business Basic license?

It appears you want to update license from M365 Business Basic to M365 Business Standard. Please keep in mind you can update or change

your **** Microsoft 365 Business Basic subscription to Business Standard, however you will need admin access to achieve it.

1.Sign in to theMicrosoft 365 admin centerusing your administrator account credentials. You can access the admin center at admin.microsoft.com.

2.Once signed in, navigate to the “Billing” or “Subscriptions” section. The exact location may vary slightly depending on the

layout of the admin center.

3.Locate your Microsoft 365 Business Basic subscription in the list of subscriptions and click on it to view the details.

4.Look for the option to “Upgrade” or “Change plan” and click on it. This will guide you through the process of upgrading to the Business Standard plan.
