As you post the query in OneDrive/For Business, I assume you have a Work or School account and want to access the shared link provided by others. There are several things to validate:
- Is the link you received a link from co-workers OneDrive for Business or from his/her personal OneDrive?
- Have you tried Clear your browser's cache and cookies. This can often resolve login issues. You can usually find this option in your browser's settings or preferences.
