I entered a subscription Office 365 Developer E5 subscription w/ authentication via Authenticator App. After a few month I canceled the subscription and deleted the Authenticator App from the phone. A few weeks after cancelation i reactivated my subscription. The subscription is now active. The problem is that the Authenticator App seems somehow linked to my phone and I am not able to login into any service, No office.com, no admin.office.com.
I cannot add the administrator to the reinstalled Authenticator App, because after successfull login, Authenticator App ask to enter a number into Authenticator App or wants to enter a number shown in Authenticator App. Both is not possible, because the account is not added before this setup is completed.
It is really annoying. This is the fifth message I post to get any support !!!!!
