Cannot extend Office 365 Subscription

Hi,

I recently renewed my MAPS subscription with a slight delay after it's renewal due date. After renewal, I wanted to reactivate my Office 365 subscription but I was not given the option to extend current subscription, so I chose the only option which is starting a new one. Now I yet cannot access my Outlook and OneDrive data (tenant access blocked) and there are 2 Office 365 subscriptions listed, previous one is set to be deleted on June 12. Strangely, new subscription has already assigned licenses to same users of the expired one.

What I wanted to do at first was extending my subscription, can I somehow do that?

    Hello Mehmet AVŞAR1,

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble extending your Office 365 subscription.

Per your description, your purchase channel was prepaid. Since the old subscription was disable and the new product key was redeem , the new order was placed, they was no option for you to choose the renew one that is why you see it to be added to the old one (sub) .

In this case, it is not feasible to be extended.

Since we have our dedicated team to handle that kind of issue i advise to double check with our billing team.

    1. Create a Service Request in the O365 Admin Portal and indicate the request as clearly as possible.

log into https://portal.office.com and click on Help& support < titile of your issue and press enter < click Contact support and fill all field then click on Contact support.

    1. Or you can contact our hotline and we will create a Service Request ticket for you Global Customer Service phone numbers (microsoft.com)

We look forward to your reply. We will continue to assist you based on the information you provide. I sincerely appreciate your patience and cooperation.   SincerelyEben Ezer Tres | Microsoft Community Moderator
