Loop App Task List Duplicating Old & Current Tasks

Question

Hi there,

I'm a new user of Microsoft's Loop platform which has been great for the most part.

Though, unfortuantely I've ran into issues with the task list generated within the platform. For some reason some tasks duplicate themselves over and over, despite me deleting and marking then off as completed.

Is there anyway to resolve this bug?

Do we know if there is a fix for this as i have one task that is consistently repeating its self at the moment I'm getting over 200 a day of the 1 task

Thanks for coming back to me.

Originally the bug had affected two lists on two separate pages, though now it only seems to be affecting one page within my workspace. Each morning I open up the Workspace to find new duplicates which I then delete in the hope it will get rid of them for good.

I have deleted the task in the "Planner", but I'm unable to open it via the "To-Do" page as the task isn't assigned to me or anyone for that matter. I'll await to see whether the task duplicates again.

I don't seem to be experiencing the same situation in my tests.

So, I'd like to confirm if this happens in multiple Pages;

Since the tasks in the loop are connected to Planner and Todo, I would like to confirm if you can delete the task through these two apps
