Unauthorised payment - refund required

Hi,

I have the Microsoft 365 app for work purposes as it is compulsory. I have had a £79.99 charge taken today which I did not authorise.

I looked at previous questions and followed the link to log this but it takes me to the app and makes me log in but then I don’t have any billing information on there to report this. Only work related items.

Please advise or look in to this and rectify.

Thanks

    Unauthorised Payment - Refund Required

I did subscribe and paid Rs. 6199 last year in July 23 and also complained as the application couldn't be downloaded.... eventually I had to subscribe again using another account..... I requested for the refund sharing the Bank Payment Advise but no refund was made for the 1st subscription despite writing multiple emails ... not only that, this year Microsoft has charged on my card again ... an email has been sent to the customer service but no response has been received ... I have asked my bank that I dispute the payment as it is unauthorised.. I also plan to file a legal suit against Microsoft it I don't receive the refund this time at the local level.. But this is the way Microsoft is .........

    Hi,

I just downloaded office 365 as we need it for work, I don’t recall ever subscribing to anything so unsure what to tell you on which one it is.

The link mentioned is from a previous question I found & a link provided to the person. When I go on to the app, I can’t see anywhere to see where to look for billing. Doesn’t give me the option.

It may be I don’t have the permission to view the billing? The account is linked to my work email etc.
