ERROR with images

Hi there,

I've seen others have raised this issue before, but not clear what the answer is.

I have recently created two SWAYS that amongst else include images. Images will show for a while and then randomly one of the images uploaded as 'background' to 'Heading 1' will stop showing and instead, there will be the heading with a grey background and the note 'Sorry it looks like we are having trouble showing the image'.

When I go back into Edit most of the time the image will have disappeared there too, although on a couple of occasions, it was still there but not showing in the Presentation mode.

Here is the link to one of the SWAYS where I only just corrected this issue yet again for one of the images https://sway.cloud.microsoft/S3pBGozRjZ533Vee?ref=Link

I would much appreciate your help with this as I'm worried the issue will crop up again soon. Thank you!

    Hello,KatP_

    Welcome to the Microsoft community!

I have realized that your issue about error with images.

We did a test of synchronization based on the Sway file you provided, and then based on the way you mentioned it in order to reproduce your problem, but the test came back normal.

Based on the error message you provided, it seems that the file upload server was not successful, causing the server to fail to load your image.

Since Microsoft Sway is currently web-only, the only problem is the server itself if you rule out network issues.

I also see that you have subsequently fixed the image, which means that Sway 's feature is currently fully functional.

We recommend that you try to change your network when this problem occurs in the future, or try to try again at a different time.

Feel free to post back if you need further assistance.

Thank you for your understanding and patience and I look forward to hearing from you.
