Not able to create a dedicated sql pool 2 time under free account

Hi,

I have deleted sql pool under Azure Synapse service and when trying to create new one, the create button greyed out and not allowing to create the same. There was no notification or error message for the same shown.

After chatting with help & support team, got an feedback after an hour that free account can only have one time option to create the sql pool under synapse analytics for which I don't understand the reason.

Kindly remove the limit of one under trial period or give in advance warning notification under free period saying that once deleted, sql pool can not be recreated.
