Cannot Access MS Project After Payment

Hi there,

I bought the project plan 3 today and make the payment.

However, when I trying to open MS Project Online Web version, it said I don't have subscription.

Also, on the billing section " Purchase Service" and " Your Product", it shows nothing. But I did leave my credit card information and receive the order confirmation

Can you help me to see what's goes wrong?
