    Hi Veer Gautam,

    Good day.

Thank you for posting to the Microsoft Community. We are glad to assist.

It seems like your email address has been flagged as a bad outbound sender and is being denied by the recipient’s server due to a suspicion of spam activity. This can happen for various reasons, such as sending too many emails in a short period, your email content appearing spammy, or your email address being compromised and used for spamming without your knowledge.

If you're a user, follow these steps:

    1. Determine whether your account is compromised.
    2. If your account is compromised, follow the steps in Respond to a compromised email account in Exchange Online.
    3. Ask your administrator to unblock your account so that you can send an email.

If you're an email admin, you can unblock user accounts on the Restricted Entities page in the Microsoft 365 Defender portal. After you unblock a user account, all restrictions are usually removed within one hour.

For more information, see Remove blocked users from the Restricted Entities page. To help prevent future account compromises, follow the recommendations in the Top 10 Ways to secure your business data.

For reference please see NDR error code 550 5.1.8 (Access denied, bad outbound sender) - Exchange | Microsoft Learn

We are looking forward to your response! Thanks for your precious time. Have a nice day!

    Best Regards
