I received an email from Julie Kinch, attached was an invoice for a 5 year subscription $548.79. Told to call this phone # to dispute 877 977 5296 I did not order a subcription for protection. Could this be a scam?

What was the invoice for? Did you purchase the product?
If you did not, likely a scam.
They will claim your name etc has been used to purchase this blah blah blah, and lure you to give them your financial information and potentially your money as well.
