Using Forms and Approvals

I need a form that once all the questions are answered will be sent to the CIO for approval. I believe I should create a form in "Forms" and then couple with MS Approvals to facilitate the approval process. Does this sound feasible? Are there other methods better suited to complete the approval process?

    Dear respected Michael,

As per the description, I understand your demand and yes, this is totally feasible, but need to use Power Automate. As long as your company has a Microsoft 365 Business, you should be able to have the Power Automate license included.

And here is an official article using Power Automate to automate a Forms flow: **** Create an automated workflow for Microsoft Forms - Microsoft Support **** which may meet your demand. But if you need any customized design, you can post a new thread to get the complete step-by-step guide from the Power Automate engineers since it may be bit complex for the beginners to start a flow. But once the flow is set, it will automatically send for approval for all the submitted forms responses to save your time.

While we want to support more on the flow building to complete your forms response approval process but since it's related to the Power Automate flow and the community moderators here focus on out-of-the-box features in Forms, so we have limited experience customizing the Power Automatic flow, I suggest you post your concern in the Microsoft Power Automate Community - Power Platform Community to get the dedicated and professional support from experts and engineers there.

Apologies for redirecting you to a different community as category members have limited knowledge about flow building, to get the best and fastest assistance, we redirect you the right way.

I hope the above information can correctly lead your further for your work. I appreciate your time and effort on checking these above and thank you for your patience and cooperation. I hope that you are keeping safe and well!

    Sincerely,

    Mia | Microsoft Community Moderator
