How to make branching import works for microsoft forms? Any specific format to follow or it's not supported for import?

For example, I have word text in word document as below, if user select "YES", following questions can display. If user select "NO", jump to next section.

1.     Are you trained on Product A?

     a. YES

Branching go to NEXT

b. NO

               Branching go to Section 3

    Dear Jake,

    Good day!!

I understand your concern and to my knowledge, I am sorry to convey that currently Microsoft Forms doesn’t support or has any feature to import the branching logic either from the Word documents or PDF files, where we need to manually apply the branching logic to the Forms in the Microsoft Forms.

I agree with you on having the ability to apply the branching logic to the Form via importing the Word document will benefit the users and I suggest you to add your valuable idea as a feedback in the Microsoft Forms · Community which is the best place to share our ideas and improve the Microsoft Products.

Appreciate your patience and understanding. Have a great day!!

    Best Regards,

    Sophia
