Additional costs for non-partners

Hello,

I work at a company, which is a Microsoft partner. Our customer wants to use "Microsoft Dynamics Office Add-in" for Business Central 18. For that we worked with the Microsoft support and in Azure Active Directory I had to get a specific permission for the add-in to work.
Since our customer isn't a Microsoft partner will there be additional costs for him for anything regarding this Excel plug-in?
