Error to create new workbook

Hello,

I'm currently having an issue accessing office programs on office.com. Every time I log in, I receive the following message:
"This is your Microsoft 365 home page-where you can see and access all of your Microsoft 365 apps. If it's empty, it could be that your user licence was very recently assigned to you. Wait 10 minutes and refresh this page. If you still don't see any apps, contact your IT department. They can help you get up and running."

I've waited for more than 10 minutes, refreshed the page, and even tried logging out and back in, but the issue persists.

Additionally, when I attempt to create a new workbook, I receive an error message that says:
"Error to create new workbook. Please try again later. If this problem persists, you can try to create a new workbook from OneDrive."

Correlation ID: 186a66ee-ca21-4bd0-9061-4e1ed4ab6f4e

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue or guide me on what steps to take next?

Thank you in advance for your help.

P.S. I am using macOS Sonoma Version 14.5

Have you tried using a different browser?

If you have Company or Organization credentials you need to contact their IT folks.
