May I know did you signed in with more than one Microsoft account in your browser? If that happens, it is possible that the browser is messing up with the different accounts and giving the error.

Remember the following steps:
- Sign in to access the folder in the browser.
- go to the file directory right-click>> details.
- Copy the file path.
- Save this URL to your bookmarks and check if you can open it next time.
- Keep only one account logged in to the browser and check for any problems
Please check if you can sync the folder to local so you don't need to open it again and again from the link.
