Subscription issue

I've had a warning I'm over my 5GB storage limit but I've paid £1.99 per month for the 100GB basic package so I'm confused as to why my storage is now at the free level when I have paid and it is listed as being paid on the subscription page!

    Hello Rich Boyd,  Welcome to the Microsoft community. This is a recent issue with Office subscriptions and many users have reported the same problem.
