Can I please talk with an agent, I been getting charged since January that I did not purchase, need assistance. I am requesting to speak with someone, I have been getting charged since January for a charge I am not aware of, PURCHASE MICROSOFT*14

DAY XXXXX27676 WA

I did not permit these charges and will like to be refunded for them all, I don’t know what account it’s coming from I just know my card is being used, I can’t not understand the online support and asking to speak with someone directly please.

    I need to speak with someone on the phone, I have tried everything and it isn’t working, again this month money was taking out and this is unacceptable. It took my last and I need it back! Please can I speak with someone via phone

    Then because the support page is currently updated, there is only an online chat option. You can choose to chat online to explain the situation, or you can request telephone service in the online option.

    Contact Microsoft Support.

    1. Go to the following website: Contact - Microsoft Support
    2. Enter contact there.
    3. Select Getting help.
    4. Select Contact support. (at the bottom of the page)
    5. Under Products and services, select Microsoft 365 and Office.
    6. Under Category, select Manage My Subscription.
    7. Go to Confirm.
    8. Select Chat with a support agent or request a callback.
